Due to popular demand (1 guy). Post great videogame music. And include a little bit of info about the game as well.

Demons crest. The oh so underrated SNES plaftormer published by capcom in 1994. Some have described it as the demon souls of the SNES and that is not too far off. Also happens to be one of my favorite games. Well known for being hard as hell and having sex music.

Is saying Jesper Kyd cheating? If so, then the Infamous soundtrack holds a special pounding place in my heart.

If they ever remade Shadowrun from the SNES, then they should put whoever composed Infamous 1's stuff in charge.

Wow that is awesome. Now I wish I had a PS3 even more.

Anyway im gonna nerd off to Jojo a bit again and say that the golden wind game for PS2 had a pretty nice soundtrack, but a few themes stand out.

Black sabbath theme

And the remixed verison of polnareff's theme from the old fighting game.

Aaaaaaaand maybe the gold experience requiem theme.

Descent had a different soundtrack for each platform (PC, PS and Mac), surprisingly the Mac soundtrack is the best

Due Sex: High-Res?

It was OK. I was disappointed a bit, kinda linear and too orange.

I'm liking the sounds of AssCreed: Black Flag. Don't have any examples as I just listened to the songs while playing and they all sound good. The shanties are a nice touch and better to hear than orchestral scores most of the time. The little band songs found in the taverns are also great.

I enjoyed the work that went into Max Payne 3's OST, even if the game wasn't all up to scratch.

I really liked the song from the airport battle near the end. I think it's also in the credits.

Yeah, that was a great one. The level, not so much.

Airport level is good imo, if a bit frustrating at points. But yeah, MP3 has a really good soundtrack.

That level is cool as long as you check the high ground without being tempted to go up there, for some reason an elevated angle makes you a bullet magnet in that game. Stick low and advance methodically was my motto for the whole game.

FRIGGIN RUN AROUND AND SHOOT PEOPLE TO THIS STUFF WHILE YOU TRY TO SHOUT AT PEOPLE OVER MUMBLE

Seriously I don't play a whole load of shooters but Payday 2's tracks are totally banging. It almost makes me feel bad for Max Payne 3, although the tone of that game is meant to be all moody and reflective and other badly-written balls. According to P-dog it's by Simon Viklund - the same guy who did Bionic Commando Rearmed.

I fucking loved everything about that game. Especially the music. In the sequel he could jump, I felt betrayed.
